Measurement technology (analyzers)
The following analyzers are available as options:
– Uras26 infrared photometer for measurement of infrared reactive gas components such as CO, NO, SO2. etc.
– Magnos206 Oxygen analyzer for measurement of O2 or N2
– Caldos27 Thermal conductivity analyzer for measuring binary gas mixtures with different thermal conductivities. Measurement of binary gas mixtures with different thermal conductivities.
e.g. Ar in O2 , H2 in Ar, CH4 in CH4 N2
– Electrochemical oxygen sensors for O2 measurement
Electrochemical oxygen sensors can only be used in combination with the Uras26 infrared photometer. Electrochemical oxygen sensors can only be used in combination with the Uras26 infrared photometer.
Magnos206 Oxygen Analyzer and Caldos27 Thermal Conductivity Analyzer can also be used. Can also be used in conjunction with the Uras26 Infrared Photometer.
Integral air inlet
The integral air inlet (option) is available in two versions. It includes

Housing design
The EL3020 Gas Analyzer is designed in a 19-inch housing with 3 height units and IP20 protection.
Description of Analyzer Performance Characteristics
The performance characteristics of the analyzers are defined according to the international standard IEC 1207-1:1994 “Performance statements for gas analyzers”.
They are based on N2 as a companion gas. When measuring other gas mixtures, www.ge-drive.com compliance with these characteristics can only be ensured if their composition is known.
Measurement principle
Non-dispersive infrared absorption photometers in the λ = 2.5-8 µm wavelength range can measure up to 4 compositions using 1 or 2 beam paths and 1 or 2 receivers per beam path in one gas path or two independent gas paths.

Flow rate effects
Flow rates in the range of 20-100 liters/hour: within the detection range
Correlated gas effects/cross sensitivity
Analyzer configuration must be aware of sample gas composition.
Selective measures to reduce associated gas effects (optional): Installation of interference filters or filter units, internal electronic cross-sensitivity correction of one sample component by other sample components measured by the gas analyzer.
Temperature effects
Ambient temperature within the permissible range – At zero point: ≤ 2 % of range per 10 °C – At sensitivity without thermostat:

Barometric pressure variation
